Chapman’s has been operating in Rotorua since 1968 and was named after Thomas Chapman, a missionary who came to Rotorua with his wife and together were highly regarded for their hospitality.

Just like Thomas Chapman, we pride ourselves on our hospitality providing delicious food, service, atmosphere and tradition to Rotorua locals and visitors to our city.
