Named after Thomas Chapman, a missionary who arrived in Rotorua in 1835. The restaurant pays tribute to his generosity, hospitality, and deep connection to the local community –  values that continue to inspire everything we do today.

Our buffet is a true celebration of flavour: think fresh prawns and house‑smoked South Island salmon, alongside roasts, oysters, vibrant seasonal salads, and decadent desserts like pavlova and cheesecakes.
